Terms of use
What you agree to when you use joinin7, what we do and do not promise, and what gets an account removed.
In effect from 25 July 2026
What joinin7 is
joinin7 is a hiring platform for people who can start a new role within seven days. Candidates publish a profile and confirm each day that they are still available. Approved recruiters search that pool, and availability is a filter rather than a question asked on the third call.
Using the site means you accept these terms. Accepting them is separate from the privacy consent you give when you first go live — the tick boxes are deliberately not the same one.
Your account
You sign in with Google. One person, one account, and the account is yours to look after — anything done through it is treated as done by you.
What you publish has to be true: your own experience, your own skills, and an availability band you can actually meet. Availability is the entire premise of this platform, and a profile that misstates it costs every other candidate on it.
You must be legally able to take up employment in India.
Staying visible
Checking in takes one tap and tells recruiters you are still available. Three days without one pauses your profile and it leaves search results. It is not deleted, and one check-in restores it.
If you accept a role, tell us — the check-in prompt asks every so often. Archiving your profile takes one tap, and restoring it takes one more if the offer falls through.
What we do not promise
We do not promise you a job, an interview, or that any recruiter will contact you. What the platform offers is that the recruiters who search here are verified, and that your availability is presented accurately.
The seven-day rule describes how soon the people here can start. It is not a claim about how soon anyone will be hired.
We do not verify what recruiters say about the roles they are hiring for, and we are not a party to anything you agree with an employer. Checking an offer is on you.
The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it available and will not pretend that means a guarantee.
If you are a recruiter
Access is granted by hand after we check your corporate email address and your LinkedIn against the company you name. Approval can be withdrawn.
The rules that carry a ban rather than a warning:
- Contact details you reveal are for approaching that candidate about a role. Not for a list, not for a database, not to pass to anyone else.
- No scraping, no automation against search or reveal, and no attempt to work around the reveal limit or the rate limits.
- No sharing of your account or your session with anyone, inside or outside your company.
- No reporting a profile in bad faith, and no discriminatory use of the filters. Searches that filter on gender are recorded against your account.
Every reveal is logged with your name against it. That log is what a review or a regulator would read.
What you upload
Your profile and your resume stay yours. By publishing them you give us permission to show them to approved recruiters, and to read your resume so that your profile form can be filled in for you. We store and process them for those two purposes — nothing wider, and it ends when you delete your profile.
Do not upload anyone else’s personal data, anything you have no right to share, or a file that is not what it says it is.
Reports and moderation
Recruiters can report a profile. Reports about being unreachable or about someone already being placed are counted and can lower a profile’s ranking or prompt it to be archived; a report about misrepresentation is read by a person.
You are always told that a report was received and in what category, never who made it, and you always get to reply before a decision. Nothing is suppressed silently.
An administrator can clear a flag, restore a profile, or remove an account. Every one of those actions is logged with who took it and when.
Ending it
You can delete your profile whenever you like, in two steps from your profile. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is removed.
We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, misrepresents itself, or misuses candidate contact details. Where it is a candidate account and the cause is not deliberate, we will say what is wrong and give you the chance to fix it first.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we publish them with a new effective date. Continuing to use the platform after that means the new version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
